Ricardo- I have a problem, my order is the HF5618 and was for 20 printers, and only 17 of them arrived.

Ricardo- This is the second time ive received an incomplete delivery from your company.
Chris- That could be an error in the order administration.
Ricardo- Yes it could be but, i need the 3 other printers urgently, this delays are costing me unhappy customers and goodwill.
Chris- Mr.Ricardo the problem is that we are having a Stock problem right now.
Ricardo- Can you make me a promise of delivery date?
Chris- The delivery date promise is for next Monday.
Ricardo- What! No! it cannot be for next Monday, i want dispatch now.
Chris- That its not possible Mr.Ricardo.
